With a long standing interest in health and exercise Taz was introduced to Taijutsu in 1996.

This led him to Amatsu practitioner training and in 1998 he became a qualified practitioner.

In addition Taz recieved a Bsc Hons in Sports Science and Human Biology in 1999. In 2001 he received his Godan from Dr Hatsumi.

In 2003 Taz decided to return to Doncaster to further develop Amatsu and set up the Life Skills Centre with Paul Hand.

The Life Skills Centre provides the opportunity for research in Amatsu, Taz is currently researching on development and gait patterns.
