Introduction & Background I describe Amatsu therapy as a “hands on” physical therapy that gives internal space to the body. This enables the body to heal or re-set itself.
I first had an Amatsu treatment in Dublin in 1997, after the death of my sister, when I was suffering from acute physical pain all over my body. My body responded almost immediately in that the pain relief I got over the following 4 weeks was unbelievable. I continued on a maintenance program from then and in 2000 decided to study the therapy that had changed my life dramatically.
I began my clinic practice as an Amatsu therapy practitioner in 2002. My study of Amatsu, the body and how it works continues on an ongoing basis.
In 2004, due to my past history as a primary school teacher I was asked to help teach Amatsu.. To this day, I am both teaching Amatsu therapy in Leixlip, Co. Kildare and running a busy clinic in Lucan, Co. Dublin.
