Introduction & Background I was first introduced to Amatsu therapy in 2004. I had endured persistent back, neck and rib pain for several years and had experimented with a range of traditional manipulative therapies. Although these therapies were holistic, I didn't feel as though they had reached the true cause of my problems; so when a friend told me about a wonderful therapy called Amatsu I was intrigued.
I’d always taken a keen interest in complementary medicine and immediately booked in for a treatment, eager to experience Amatsu for myself. I was amazed at how gentle the therapy was and yet it was so thorough and effective. The pain in my ribs was relieved after my first treatment and after several further treatments, I noticed dramatic improvements in my health. These amazing results led to my fascination with the therapy and it wasn’t long before I made the decision to train as an Amatsu practitioner myself.
