| I have been involved with Amatsu since July 1999;
originally as a patient with a back injury. I was so impressed with
the painless results (after trying many other techniques) I decided
to become a practitioner.
My original tutor in Amatsu was Stephen Bates. I qualified as a
Practitioner in 2002.
I have continued my professional development and studies in Amatsu.
I completed the optional post graduate third year of study in 2004
(Shinden Jutsu) with Dennis Bartram.
I continue to broaden my horizons by training/studying different
topics with various tutors. In 2006 I completed eleven days of continuing
professional development.
I have a busy clinic, treating clients from all walks of life and
of all ages. My youngest client was under two weeks old at his first
balance and my eldest client celebrated her 103rd birthday in 2006.
I regularly visit clients in their own homes and in sheltered accommodation.
I am actively involved in the rehabilitation of Stroke survivors
and treat Carers in the community.
In 2007 I commenced a two year teacher training course with Amatsu
Training Ltd.
